Use 3-4 times a week byapplyingto parted hair (braids, locs, bantu know, twists, etc.) or by massaging a small amount into your scalp and massage for5-10 mins.
For thinning areas such as edges, apply 3 times a week and massage/stimulate the area daily for 3-5 minutes.
