If you have purchased OOPY Hair Care products from one of our retail partners, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the retailer’s own return/exchange policy.

If you receive your order and any item(s) are missing please contact us at support@getoopy.com within 5 days of receiving your order. After a brief investigation with our warehouse team, we will replace your missing item(s) as soon as possible.

Our team does its best to package your item(s) carefully to ensure safe transit. In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. You can email support@getoopy.com with a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box. Once we receive your photos, we will process a replacement order.
