Starting your Healthy Hair Journey is easy! Order our 5-Step Healthy Hair Rejuvenation System and start your journey from the comforts of your own home. For the most effective results, we recommend you carefully follow the directions enclosed with your system. Our system works on all hair types and styles.

3-7 Business days. Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the date you placed the order. Shipping times depend on the preferred method you selected at checkout. Please refer to your tracking number to see the estimated delivery day.
If you received the wrong item, please send us a photo at oopy@getoopy.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Our team will work on sending you the correct item(s).
If you received your order and any item(s) are missing please contact us at oopy@getoopy.com as soon as possible. After a brief investigation with our warehouse team, we will replace your missing item(s) as soon as possible.
Our team does its best to package your item(s) carefully to ensure safe transit. In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. You can email oopy@getoopy.com with a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box. Once we receive your photos, we will process a replacement order or reimbursement.
Unfortunately, we will not facilitate returns or cancellations. If you have received a defective product, we gladly offer you an exchange. Just email us at oopy@getoopy.com and we’ll take care of you.
If you ordered the wrong item or prefer a different product, we can accommodate exchanges. We can only exchange unused products. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to any exchange and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers will be sent an invoice for return shipping label cost and 25% restocking fee. Both must be paid prior to the exchange being initiated. All exchanges are subject to approval.
Yes, our products will still work for you if you do not wear weaves or other protective styles. Weaves are specifically recommended for our Healthy Hair Care program, because they typically leave your hair untouched and protected for a longer period of time which maximizes hair growth results. Other hairstyles and routines, can potentially leave your hair more exposed to normal wear and tear and subject to excessive heat damage. As long as you follow the guidelines listed in our Healthy Hair Care System Starter Kit along with maintaining healthy ends, you can also achieve results.
